Healing Wounded Spirits 6 years agoDon’t believe everything you think. We all have to work on our mindset and how we understand and perceive things. Messiah told us to remove the beam from our own eye first and then we would see clearly to remove the spec from other people’s eye. Humility is the best thing we can do, and continue to seek humility and never think we have arrived.

I would be interested to know what you mean by an NPD being “mentally ill?” NPD does not equate to mental illness, however, NPD is considered brain damage. This is because during their developmental years up until 4 or 5 years of age they did not develop the paths in their brain that give them empathy. They target empathic persons and essentially suck the life out of them.

It is true that they are drawn toward people with empathy and suck the life out of them as you say. This has been known for quite a while now and it’s a very sad situation that there are people so sick that they do such things not realizing the damage they do to others.
