The name Jezebel is spelt in Hebrew as “LYZEBEL” and it means “Baal exalts, un-husbanded one, without cohabitation and unchaste“. This spirit hates authority, despises correction, hates being subjected and loves attention.
After having fellowship today with another brother even though some think this spirit exists in men also it actually only exists in women. It is a spirit that rebels against men and authority. There is a similar spirit that can be in men that operates in a similar fashion and can appear as the same spirit, however it is not. The meaning of Jezebel was not real hard to find and paralleled what we discussed today.
